Job summary

Haven is seeking a Security Team Member to join our 24-hour security operation at the holiday park. You will help create a safe, relaxed atmosphere for guests and team members while patrolling the park and controlling access.

The role requires a valid SIA DS license, prior security experience (hospitality/leisure preferred), and strong communication with the ability to stay calm under pressure. Shifts include nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA DS license.
• Experience in security, hospitality or leisure is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and observational skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the holiday park to ensure safety and security for guests, owners and team.
• Assist in park access control, ensuring only authorised individuals are allowed on site.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms or guest concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of incidents and report to management.
• Provide friendly guest experiences and assist with queries.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
