Qualifications

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) license required.
• Strong communication and calm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the holiday park to ensure safety for guests, owners and team.
• Respond promptly to security-related incidents (medical, alarms, guest concerns).
• Maintain detailed incident records and report to management.
• Provide friendly guest experiences and assist with queries.
• Collaborate with other teams to maintain a safe environment.
