Job summary

GuardPass Limited is seeking an experienced Door Supervisor to ensure the safety of staff and customers at our client’s venue. You will monitor entrance activity, screen visitors, perform ID checks and promptly respond to incidents to maintain a secure environment.

The role requires a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence, excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while upholding security procedures throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in security or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Stationed at the building entrance, screening visitors for suitability.
• Ensure visitors are not under 18 and not in possession of any dangerous substances or items such as drugs or weapons.
• Control entry and exit routes.
• Manage customers to maintain a safe environment within the venue.
• Perform crowd control as required.
• Supervise customer arrivals.
• Carry out ID checks.
• Screen and search for individuals.
