Job summary

GuardPass Limited is seeking a vigilant Door Supervisor to safeguard staff and customers at the venue, manage entry, screen visitors for suitability, and uphold high standards of customer service throughout all shifts.

You will be stationed at the entrance, carry out ID checks and searches as required, control entry and exit, manage crowds, supervise arrivals, and respond calmly to emergencies while working as part of a professional security team.

Qualifications

• SIA Door Supervisor licence required.
• Excellent communication and customer-service focused.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Reliable and confident in challenging situations.
• Ability to tackle emergencies and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Stationed at the entrance to screen visitors for suitability.
• Ensure visitors are not under 18 and not in possession of dangerous substances or weapons.
• Control entry and exit routes to maintain venue security.
• Manage customers to maintain a safe environment within the venue.
• Carry out crowd control and supervise customer arrivals.
• Conduct ID checks as required.
• Screening and searching individuals when necessary.
