South Western Railway (SWR) is seeking an MB2 Shunter to prepare trains for service and move units within the depot under the supervision of the Duty Movements Manager. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to procedures, and clear communication across the team.

You will follow strict rules, learn depot procedures at our Basingstoke training centre, and contribute to efficient, on-time service. The position includes a 37,123 GBP base salary plus regional allowances and benefits.
