Job summary

TIP Group in Nuneaton is seeking a skilled Shunter Driver to join our depot. You will safely move trailers around the yard, position vehicles for maintenance or collection, and work closely with a hands-on team to keep fleets road-ready.

This full-time role offers a salary of £36,000 per annum with hours Monday–Thursday 7:00am–5:00pm and Friday 7:00am–4:30pm. A UK driving licence (HGV/LGV or shunting experience desirable) and a sense of humour are welcome.

• Full UK driving licence eligibility with HGV/LGV or shunting experience desirable.
• Proactive mindset and ownership in your work.
• Good sense of humour is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely moving trailers around the depot and positioning vehicles for maintenance or collection.
