Job summary

Stafforce-Recruitment in Scunthorpe is seeking an experienced Shunter to support operations on a busy site. You will handle materials, help dispatch, and operate heavy plant and HGV Class 1 equipment.

Rotating twilight shifts 18:00-02:00 with pay £15.01-£15.46 per hour plus a £21.91 shift allowance. The role requires a valid HGV Class 1 licence; Tug training can be provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy plant/machinery in an industrial or logistics setting.
• A valid HGV Class 1 licence.
• Tugmaster licence is highly desirable - but training will be provided for the right candidate.
• A strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities
