Job&Talent is recruiting a Shunter Driver in Worksop to support a leading logistics company. You will move trailers around the site, secure empty trailers for loading, and ensure operations run smoothly while following site health and safety procedures.

The role offers 4on4off shifts (18:00–06:00) with a strong emphasis on reliability, safety, and efficiency, supporting timely dock movements and accurate logging of hours and activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure empty trailers are on the relevant outbound docks and secured for loading.
• Move trailers around the site safely and in compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Complete scheduled movements of trailers and ensure customer material is not damaged.
• Accurately record working and driving hours and complete all necessary documentation.
• Operate IT systems and achieve productivity, service, and compliance targets.

Shift patterns

• 4on4off from 18:00-06:00

Pay rates

• 16.43 GBP hourly

Desirable requirements for Shunter Driver

• Previous shunting experience preferred - Class 1 licence not required
