Responsibilities

• Greet customers and welcome them to the showroom, encouraging browsing
• Maintain showroom standards and visual merchandising
• Provide product advice and understand customer needs to propose solutions
• Chase quotations and process orders accurately, keep records up-to-date
• Be a brand ambassador for sofa.com and uphold company standards
• Continuously update knowledge of products and interior trends
