Job summary

Highbourne Group is seeking a results-driven Showroom Sales professional to drive growth by proactively developing new business, managing end-to-end customer journeys, and delivering CAD-based 3D designs for bathrooms. You will nurture trade and retail relationships, maintaining a high-performing showroom and accurate, compliant contracts.

You will be a hunter, with a track record of turning maybe into yes, and a passion for coaching teams toward meeting bonus targets in a KPI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to win and grow new business.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of bathroom products and CAD design (training provided).
• Valid UK driving licence and own car.

Responsibilities

• Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to hit KPIs and margins.
• Own the customer journey from initial inquiry to final design and quotation follow-up.
• Deliver a 3D CAD design service to visualise bathroom projects for homeowners and trade customers.
• Build bridges between trade and retail channels to convert local contacts into showroom advocates.
• Maintain showroom excellence, ensuring contracts are accurate and safety-compliant.
