Job summary

Highbourne Group is seeking a dynamic showroom professional to drive growth by seizing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. You will lead the customer journey from home visits to final design, delivering CAD-enabled 3D designs for bathrooms and turning trade contacts into showroom advocates.

The role emphasizes proactive pipeline management, hitting bonus targets, and maintaining an organised showroom environment with compliant contracts.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience with ability to win and grow new business.
Ability to handle objections in a target-driven environment.
Experience in relationship management and developing partnerships with clients.
Analytical mindset to interpret basic financial/statistical information.

Responsibilities

Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to hit KPIs and margins.
Own the customer journey from initial visits to final design and quotations.
Deliver a 3D design service (CAD) to help visualize bathrooms for homeowners and trade customers.
Build bridges between trade and retail channels to convert local contacts into showroom advocates.
Maintain a safe, organised showroom and ensure contracts are accurate and compliant.
