Highbourne Group is seeking a results-driven sales professional for a showroom/consultant role. You will identify new opportunities, manage a live pipeline, and guide customers from visits to final design, using CAD to visualise bathroom solutions.

You will cross-sell between trade and retail, maintaining a high-performing showroom and hitting bonus targets. You will be a proactive communicator with strong relationship skills, capable of turning conversations into contracts while upholding

• Proactive approach to sales with a proven ability to win and grow new business.
• Resilience and confidence in handling objections and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and hitting KPIs.
• Own the customer journey from initial contact to final design and quotes.
• Provide a 3D CAD design service to help visualize bathrooms for homeowners and trade customers.
• Build bridges between trade and retail channels and manage a lead pipeline to hit bonuses.
