Highbourne Group is seeking a results-driven Showroom Sales professional in Crawley to drive growth and own the customer journey from home visits to final design. You will use CAD to deliver 3D bathroom visuals, manage inquiries, and follow up quotations with urgency.

You will network with local trades, build showroom advocacy, and maintain compliant contracts in a vibrant showroom environment. Ideal candidates are sales-focused, tenacious, and able to hit targets in a commission-driven role.

Qualifications

• Experience in showroom sales or client-facing roles; proven ability to win new business.
• Comfort handling objections and achieving targets in a commission-driven environment.
• Ability to network with local trades and manage a sales pipeline.
• Knowledge of bathroom products or CAD design is a plus; training provided.
• A valid UK clean driving licence and access to a car is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities and hitting KPIs.
• Own the customer journey from initial home visits to final design and follow up on quotations.
• Deliver a 3D design service (CAD) to help visualize bathrooms for homeowners and trade customers.
• Build strong links between trade and retail channels to convert local contacts into showroom advocates.
• Maintain an organised, safe showroom and ensure contracts are accurate and compliant.
