Job description

Come and join us as a results-driven Showroom Sales Manager to grow and deliver sales as part of a successful branch team.

As a Showroom Sales Manager, you understand that the perfect bathroom requires planning, trust, creativity, and the ability to bring ideas to life. You will identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, inspiring customers with solutions for their dream bathrooms. Building rapport quickly and creating trusted relationships will be your strengths, ensuring we deliver on our promises and exceed expectations. Responsibilities
  1. Create and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive engagement, building rapport, and generating new and repeat business.
  2. Manage the entire sales journey, prioritizing customer wants and needs to help them achieve their ideal bathroom.
  3. Collaborate with in-branch colleagues to build relationships and cross-sell to trade customers.
  4. Increase local awareness of the showroom using creative marketing strategies.
  5. Continuously improve the showroom to anticipate and surpass customer needs.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous sales experience in a similar environment is preferred, but a positive attitude is more important.
