The Role

As a Showroom Sales Manager, you will plan and deliver the perfect bathroom solutions, building trust and inspiring customers. Your role involves identifying sales opportunities, building rapport quickly, and creating trusted relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed expectations. You will promote an inclusive team environment and enjoy a fun, engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive engagement, building rapport, and generating repeat business.
  • Manage the entire sales journey, focusing on customer wants and needs to help them achieve their dream bathroom.
  • Collaborate with in-branch colleagues to build relationships and cross-sell to trade customers.
  • Increase local awareness of the showroom through creative marketing strategies.
  • Strive to make your showroom the best by anticipating and exceeding customer needs.
  • Previous sales experience in a similar environment is preferred, but a positive attitude is more important.
