Come and join us as a results-driven Showroom Sales Manager to grow and deliver sales as part of a successful branch team.

As a Showroom Sales Manager, you will be responsible for planning and creating the perfect bathroom solutions for customers, building rapport, and exceeding sales targets. You will identify sales opportunities, inspire customers with solutions for their dream bathrooms, and foster trusted relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Promoting an inclusive team environment and having fun along the way are also key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build a loyal customer base through proactive engagement, rapport-building, and generating repeat business.
  2. Manage the entire sales journey, prioritizing customer needs to help them achieve their ideal bathroom.
  3. Collaborate with in-branch colleagues to build relationships and cross-sell to trade customers.
  4. Increase local awareness of the showroom using creative marketing strategies.
  5. Continuously improve the showroom to anticipate and exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous sales experience in a similar environment is preferable; however, a positive attitude is more important.
  • Innovative and agile approach to identifying growth opportunities.
