CareCo is seeking a Sales Advisor in Camberley for part-time, 25 hours per week. The role offers a £26,520 pro rata annual salary plus commission and a permanent contract. You will greet customers, identify needs, upsell where appropriate, and demonstrate product use in our showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills demonstrated through previous work experience.
• Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to adapt based on the individual.
• Empathetic, caring and patient approach.
• Computer/IT proficiency, with the ability to learn and master our computer order system.
• The ability to learn and retain key information across a large range of products.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for CareCo, providing the very best customer service at all times.
• Build a relationship with our customers to determine their specific needs.
• Identify opportunities for upselling while being mindful of our customer demographic.
• Demonstrate how to use our products, including dismantling and lifting.
