Job summary

B&Q Nelson is recruiting a Showroom Project Coordinator on a part-time basis (18 hours per week). You will support showroom teams and installers, keeping customers informed and guiding projects from concept to completion using design software.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving and a willingness to work a rota including weekends. In return, you can earn £14.10 per hour with individual bonuses up to £250 per quarter for hitting targets, plus other incentives.

• Ability to manage projects and meet targets.

• Proactive problem-solver with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support showroom teams and installers to deliver a seamless service.
• Keep customers updated via phone, email or face-to-face until completion.
• Use design software to illustrate and plan customer projects.
• Recommend finance, products and installation options to customers.
