Zachary Daniels is seeking an ambitious Store Manager to lead a high-profile furniture and homeware location in the UK. You will drive sales, customer experience and team performance, balancing commercial discipline with an outstanding in-store journey.

As Store Manager, you will own day-to-day operations, develop a capable sales team, optimise visuals and stock availability, and use data to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• You’ll be an experienced Store Manager with a strong background in sales-led retail and a proven ability to deliver results through people.
• Experience within furniture, interiors, homeware, premium retail or another considered-purchase environment would be highly beneficial, although candidates from other high-value retail sectors will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Taking full ownership of sales, revenue and store performance
• Leading, motivating and developing a team of sales professionals
• Setting clear expectations and driving performance against KPIs
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire sales journey

We are working with a well-established and much-loved furniture and homeware retailer who are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Store Manager to take responsibility for the performance of a high-profile retail location.

The Opportunity

As Store Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the store. You'll lead a knowledgeable sales team, create a high-energy trading environment and ensure customers receive expert advice from the moment they walk through the door.
