Job summary

HPS Merchant Ashford seeks a Showroom Manager to take full ownership of the bathroom showroom. You will lead the team, drive local sales, and provide layout and design advice to customers.

This full-time role offers autonomy from day one, a clear progression path within a national plumbing and heating group, and a competitive salary with profit share. You’ll work in a supportive network without corporate bureaucracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in bathroom/kitchen/interiors/design showroom
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong commercial acumen and customer focus
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for design
• CAD knowledge is a plus
• Full UK driving licence

We’re hiring a customer-focused, commercially-minded Showroom Manager to lead our HPS bathroom showroom in Ashford.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running all aspects of showroom operations
• Leading and motivating your colleagues to deliver excellent service
