Job summary

HPS Merchant Ashford seeks a Showroom Manager to take full ownership of the bathroom showroom. You will lead the team, drive local sales, and provide layout and design advice to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in bathroom/kitchen/interiors/design showroom
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong commercial acumen and customer focus
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for design
• CAD knowledge is a plus
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Run showroom operations
• Lead and motivate your colleagues to deliver excellent service
• Drive sales growth with trade and retail customers
• Own local marketing, merchandising and display standards
• Support customers with layout and design advice
• Managing suppliers, stock levels, and performance KPIs
• Collaborating with trade installers and the wider site team
