Job summary

Citygate is seeking a Showroom Host to ensure all customers and visitors are greeted personally and over the phone in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner, and to connect them quickly with the right person.

The role requires excellent communication and telephone skills, strong computer literacy, and a positive, can-do attitude to deliver outstanding customer care across our showroom and reception areas.

Responsibilities

• Answer and deal with telephone calls quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure all relevant calls are logged with accurate information.
• Pass messages to concerned personnel in a timely manner.
• Greet customers and visitors, or seat them and offer refreshments where appropriate.
• Keep reception and waiting area tidy and dispose of rubbish.
• Notify relevant personnel of parcels or deliveries.
