Job summary

Holdcroft Motor Group is seeking a Showroom Host to join our Hanley showroom on Leek Road. You will be the friendly face greeting customers, answering enquiries, directing visitors and supporting reception duties.

This role offers a professional, customer-focused environment with Monday to Friday 9:00–17:30 and £12.71 per hour plus bonus. You will need excellent communication, IT skills, and strong organisational abilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional telephone manner when handling calls.
• Proven customer-facing experience with high service standards.
• Confident with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to stay organized and attentive to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and visitors to the dealership in a professional, friendly manner.
• Assisting customers with enquiries and delivering high standard service.
• Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Managing incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries to the right departments.
• Providing showroom administrative support and handling customer information accurately.
