Job summary

Listers Group in Northampton is seeking a Showroom Host for our Honda Dealership. You will be the first port of call for customers, greeting visitors and directing them to the relevant staff.

The role runs from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a focus on exceptional customer service and a polished, professional presence. There are in-house and manufacturer qualifications available to support your development.

Qualifications

• You will take pride in working in a customer facing role and delivering an excellent customer journey.
• Be confident meeting new people daily and building quick rapport.
• A customer-oriented approach to the role is essential.
• A strong desire to provide the best possible first impression of the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting visitors to the dealership and introducing customers to staff.
• Receive inbound calls and direct to the appropriate department.
• Support departments with customer events and promotions.
• Some ad hoc/administrative duties.
