B&Q is seeking a Showroom Advisor in Wednesbury for a part-time 20-hour week. You’ll guide customers through design choices, use software to create inspirational design options, and coordinate projects with colleagues and installers from enquiry to delivery.

The role focuses on customer service and achieving targets, with a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays. Competitive pay and strong bonus potential available.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Able to work toward targets and convert designs into sales.
• Team player who can coordinate with installers and colleagues.
• Good eye for design to create compelling home improvement ideas.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend finance, products and installation options.
• Use software to produce inspirational designs for customer projects.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers in person and virtually from idea to delivery.
• Work a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays to meet targets.
