Job summary

B&Q Redditch is hiring a Showroom Advisor for full-time, 36.75 hours per week, permanent contract. You'll focus on customers, design with software to create kitchen and bathroom ideas, and guide them from inspiration to delivery, including face-to-face and virtual support.

You’ll need strong communication, relationship-building, and a drive to hit targets. Weekend/evening/bank holiday rota, full training, and a rewards scheme with bonuses and awards are part of the role.

Qualifications

• You’re great at using technology and have brilliant communication and relationship-building skills.
• You’re motivated by targets and confident in converting designs into sales.
• Flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions and explore possibilities to recommend the right finance, products, and installation options.
• Use software to produce inspirational designs that bring customer projects to life.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers both virtually and face to face.
• Take customers on a journey from inspirational ideas through to delivery, helping to make their dreams a reality.
