B&Q Caerphilly is hiring a Showroom Advisor on a permanent contract, full-time (36.75h) or part-time (15h) with shifts 7:00–21:00, Mon–Sun. The role focuses on customer needs, helping with finance, products, and installation options, and using design software to bring ideas to life.

You’ll coordinate multiple projects, support customers in-store and virtually, and work to hit targets. The package includes £14.10/hour (£26,945 FTE), quarterly bonuses up to £250, team incentives, and a £3,000

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic familiarity with showroom design and product selection.

Responsabilidades

• Ask questions to understand customer needs and propose suitable finance, product, and installation options.
• Use design software to create inspirational designs and coordinate multiple projects for customers both face-to-face and virtually.
