Job summary

B&Q Limited in Abingdon is hiring a Showroom Advisor on a part-time basis (15 hours per week) with a permanent contract. Shifts include Saturdays and Sundays, 7:00 am to 8:30 pm, and a competitive salary of £14.10 per hour (£26,945 FTE) plus individual bonuses up to £250 per quarter for hitting targets and team incentives.

You will help customers with design ideas, use software to create inspirational designs, and coordinate projects both online and in-store, ensuring a great shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with technology and using software to design ideas.
• Motivated by targets and able to convert designs into sales.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible with weekend/holiday rota.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, understand needs, and present finance, product, and installation options.
