Job summary

B&Q Limited in Wellingborough is seeking a Showroom Advisor for a part-time role (30 hours per week) with a permanent contract. You will help customers create their dream kitchens and bathrooms, coordinating projects face-to-face and virtually.

The role requires strong communication, design skills and a flexible schedule including weekends and bank holidays. You will use design software to present options and drive sales, while collaborating with colleagues and installers to deliver projects

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage customers and installers.
• Motivated by targets and able to convert designs into sales.
• Team player with problem-solving ability and flexibility for weekend/evening/bank holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend finance, products and installation options.
• Use software to produce inspirational designs and coordinate multiple projects.
• Support customers face-to-face and virtually from idea to delivery.
