B&Q Chorley is hiring a Showroom Advisor for a part-time, permanent role. You will focus on helping customers, asking the right questions and guiding them from ideas to delivery. You will design inspirational solutions using software and collaborate with installers to complete projects.

You will work a rota that includes weekends and evenings, with a competitive salary (£14.10 per hour) and performance bonuses. Join a team focused on excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building required.
• Confident in meeting targets and converting designs to sales.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and support customers face-to-face and virtually.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions and explore possibilities to recommend finance, products and installation options.
• Use software to produce inspirational designs for customer projects.
