Job summary

B&Q Stevenston is hiring a Showroom Advisor to help customers create their dream kitchens and bathrooms. You will listen, ask questions, and use design software to propose the right finance, products, and installation options.

You’ll coordinate projects and assist customers in person or online, guiding them from concepts through to delivery. The role emphasizes strong communication, relationship-building, and a target-driven approach in a collaborative team setting, with a flexible rota

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Motivated by targets and able to convert designs into sales.
• Able to work well in a team and solve problems effectively.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays as part of a rota.

Responsibilities

• Use software to produce inspirational kitchen and bathroom designs for customers.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers both virtually and face to face.
• Guide customers from ideas to delivery, helping them realise their renovation dreams.
