Job summary

B&Q Limited Washington is seeking a Showroom Advisor on a part-time 20-hour per week fixed-term contract. You’ll help customers develop ideas for kitchens and bathrooms, ask questions, and present financing, product, and installation options to bring projects to life.

Using design software and strong communication, you’ll coordinate multiple projects, support customers in-store and remotely, and guide them from inspiration to delivery with teamwork and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate into product options.
• Willingness to work a rota including weekends and evenings.
• Proficient with technology to assist customers and produce design ideas.

Responsibilities
