RGB Building Supplies in the Southwest is seeking a dedicated showroom salesperson to assist customers from enquiry through to completion. You will meet clients in the showroom, on site, or at their home, advising on bathroom design and coordinating projects to deliver best-fit solutions.

With strong sales and customer service skills, you will upsell where appropriate, prepare quotes promptly, and maintain high standards of service across all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in the bathroom sector is essential.
• Strong sales and customer service skills are required.
• Confident communication with customers and colleagues is important.
• IT literacy is expected.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
• Well organised with ability to prioritise workload.

This role focuses on bathroom showroom sales, helping customers design and purchase products while delivering excellent service from enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries from start to finish
• Meet customers in the showroom, on site, or in their home
• Design and coordinate bathroom sales projects
• Provide expert advice on products and solutions
• Prepare and follow up on quotes quickly and accurately
• Drive sales using upselling and linked selling techniques
• Deliver a professional, friendly customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in the bathroom sector (essential)
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Confident communication with customers and colleagues
• IT literate
• Full UK driving licence
• Well organised and able to prioritise workload
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of health & safety

Hours

• Week 1: Mon–Fri 07:30–17:00
• Week 2: Mon–Fri 07:30–17:00 + Sat 08:00–12:00
