William Wilson, part of the Wolseley Group, is hiring a Showroom Consultant for the Kingston Bridge showroom. You will combine design skills with exceptional customer service to drive sales and help shape showroom strategy.

The role is full-time, 42.5 hours weekly, with alternating Saturday mornings, and offers a competitive benefits package including pension and discounts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to service delivery and sales generation in the Branch Showroom.

• Contribute to showroom agenda by keeping up with trends and customer demands.
• Collaborate with the wider branch team to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and inform customers of delays.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in contributing to the delivery of service and sales generation within the Branch Showroom.
• Utilise design skills to maximise sales through providing outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
• Contribute to the overall development of the Showroom agenda through knowledge of trends and customer demands to internal discussions.
• Work in partnership with the wider branch team to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full, or where there are unavoidable delays, communicate clearly and in advance to the customer.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm along with every other Saturday mornings 8am - 12noon.
