Job summary

Arlettie Paris, a pioneer in exclusive event-based private sales, seeks energetic showroom staff to support its growth in the United Kingdom. You will handle event setup for select sales and assist customers to create memorable in-store experiences.

Key duties include stock processing, zoning, pricing, tagging, and maintaining product displays; delivering excellent service; building client relations; and staying informed on brand knowledge to prevent losses and meet KPI targets.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality.
• Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Event set-up: accept and process stock deliveries, plan zoning and product categorization, price and tag products.
• Welcome and serve customers, provide an excellent in-store experience, and develop client relations.
• Proactively cross-sell to maximise sales and keep up-to-date with brand and product knowledge.
