Job summary

Flo-Aktiv Ltd in the UK is seeking a dedicated Field Services Engineer to join our on-site team. You will diagnose issues with shower valves and brassware, perform repairs, adjust components, and complete warranty-safe service calls at customer sites.

Based in Peterborough region (or within travel area), you will travel regularly, document findings in clear reports, and coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong field service capabilities including on-site diagnostics, repair and installation.
• Methodical, analytical approach to troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues.
• Ability to explain findings and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with preventive maintenance planning to reduce downtime.
• Customer-focused, professional communication in commercial environments.
• Background in mechanical/electrical/plumbing engineering or vocational training; shower/brassware experience is a plus.
• Accurate, detailed service reports following manufacturer guidelines.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities
