Job summary

Start Monday is seeking a field service engineer to repair or replace electric shower products for customers in homes and small businesses within designated UK postcodes. You will travel to client sites, perform electrical checks, and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires relevant electrical certificates, a clean UK driving licence, and the ability to work Monday through Friday in a 40-hour schedule.

Qualifications

• Customer facing responsibilities in client homes and premises.
• Electrical certification requirements include C&G/NVQ and 17th/18th edition or equivalent.
• Must hold a Full UK driving licence and be eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace shower products at customers' homes and commercial locations within a defined area.
• Interact professionally with customers to diagnose faults and explain solutions.
• Receive full product training and apply safety and quality standards on every visit.
