Kohler Mira Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers across the AL, LU and WD postcodes. You will perform field-based service visits, repairing and replacing products across Mira Showers, Rada Controls, and KOHLER brands, delivering outstanding service and upholding our quality standards.

The role requires independent work, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset. A plumbing background is an advantage, and a valid UK driving license is essential as you visit

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in field roles.
• Ability to work unsupervised and independently.
• Proven track record in achieving targets and customer satisfaction.
• Plumbing background is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid UK driving licence with up to 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Serve as brand ambassador during consumer interactions.
• Conduct service visits repairing and replacing products.
• Provide feedback on field issues to the business.
• Deliver excellent customer service across UK brands.
• Represent the company professionally in conflicts.
• Help reduce warranty costs by meeting KPIs.
• Complete site investigations when required.
• Support revenue by offering spare parts and upgrades.
• Mentor Trainee Field Service Technicians when needed.
• Comply with Health and Safety processes.
• Maintain accurate van stock levels per stock control process.
