Job summary

Triton Showers is seeking an experienced Customer Service Engineer to join its field team, servicing showers in end-user homes across North London, St Albans and Luton. You will carry out repairs, perform safety tests, and ensure installations are safe and fit-for-purpose.

Excellent training and development are on offer, with a competitive salary plus a bonus scheme, 25 days holiday and a contributory pension. A company van is provided, with private use subject to tax.

Qualifications

• Must hold C&G/NVQ electrical certification and 17th or 18th edition or equivalent.
• Experience servicing electrical equipment at customers' homes is preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs on customers’ premises for the full range of company products.
• Perform safety tests on installations in line with current practices.
• Location of site visits includes North London, St Albans & Luton.
• Ensure repairs are safe and fit for purpose, in line with guidelines.
• Complete work within allocated timescales with professional workmanship.
