Job Title: Property Investment & Asset Manager

Location: Flexible / Work from Home

Salary: £700-1000 per week

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Property Investment & Asset Manager to help investors identify high-yield residential real estate opportunities. This role involves analyzing market trends, conducting financial calculations on ROI and rental yields, and building strong relationships with investors to help them grow their property portfolios.

This is a flexible, remote-based role ideal for someone with experience in property investment, real estate marketing, or financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and market high-yield residential property investment opportunities.
2. Conduct detailed calculations on yields, ROI, cash flow, and investment performance to present to investors.
3. Liaise with investors, understanding their financial goals and risk tolerance.
4. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing investors, ensuring long-term collaboration.
5. Provide insights into market trends, property values, and emerging investment hotspots.
6. Work with estate agents, developers, and landlords to source profitable investment properties.
7. Create compelling marketing materials, including property listings, investment breakdowns, and social media content to attract investors.
8. Assist in negotiating property deals and ensuring smooth transactions for investors.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

1. Experience in property investment, real estate sales, or financial analysis.
2. Strong understanding of rental yields, return on investment (ROI), and property cash flow.
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
4. Ability to analyze and interpret market trends to make data-driven investment recommendations.
5. Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage investor relationships remotely.
6. Experience using Excel, CRM systems, or property investment tools for calculations and reporting.
7. A network of property investors, landlords, or industry connections is a plus.
