Job Description

We're looking for a Shopper Marketing Manager on behalf of a large FMCG business based in the North West. The business has a range of well-known FMCG brands, which are available in retail and supermarkets across the UK.

The Shopper Activation Manager will be responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies and activations that drive shopper engagement and sales growth.

Requirements:
  1. Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and retail environments.
  2. Proven track record in shopper marketing, with experience as a Shopper Marketing Exec or Manager, or other marketing roles with shopper responsibilities.
  3. Experience developing successful shopper marketing campaigns.
  4. Excellent project management skills.
  5. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salary & Benefits

Circa £50k + company benefits.

Hybrid working – 2 days a week on-site, 3 days WFH.
