An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Supervisor to join their team in Wolverhampton. This role involves leading a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service across various channels, including in-shop and online orders. Join us as a Supervisor and you'll be part of a team that loves putting customers first. As part of the management team, you'll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn't around. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.
