Business Travel Consultants

Required for an established Travel Management company on a remote basis. Due to continued growth, our client is expanding their team and is looking for an experienced Business Travel Consultant/Senior Business Travel Consultant with Galileo experience.

This role involves working on various accounts across different sectors, providing high-level service while booking both point-to-point and multi-sector worldwide flights, hotels, and transfers.

Business Travel Consultants will work on a small shift pattern, Monday to Friday, between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm, totaling 37.5 hours per week. The salary is up to £32,000, dependent on experience, with a quarterly bonus and benefits. The role can be fully home-based, but candidates must be located in Scotland.

Responsibilities include:

• Working on corporate accounts and booking worldwide travel arrangements using Galileo
• Booking flights, hotels, car hire, and rail, and providing up-to-date travel and visa advice
• Handling changes, cancellations, etc.
• Performing ticketing functions
