Job summary

St Raphael's Hospice in Wimbledon is seeking a proactive Shop Manager for our Village shop to drive sales, optimise stock from donors and maximise income generation while ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will lead paid staff and volunteers, deliver training, recruit volunteers where needed, maintain high standards of customer service, and represent the charity with professionalism in all interactions with supporters and the local community.
