Job summary

Oxfam Shop - West Wickham is seeking a Shop Manager to lead the team and drive store performance on-site in West Wickham. The role requires 30 hours per week with the responsibility for delivering retail results and excellent customer service.

The position is open-ended with a competitive salary of £24,906 per annum (basic £22,268 plus outer London allowance £2,638) and a focus on safeguarding volunteers and staff in a busy charity shop environment.
