Oxfam is recruiting a Shop Manager in Greater London to lead a busy charity shop, supported by volunteers. You will drive sales, manage day-to-day operations, and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service while upholding safeguarding and ethical standards.

Working two days a week plus weekends and bank holidays, you will oversee the online shop and community engagement, ensuring compliant retail processes and effective stock management. Passion for helping others is essential.
