Oxfam GB is seeking a Shop Manager to oversee an Oxfam shop, lead volunteers and staff, and drive strong commercial results. You will motivate a team, manage merchandising and daily operations, and ensure safeguarding compliance.

The role involves strong customer service, community engagement and achieving targets in a dynamic retail environment. You will work with volunteers empowered to take on many tasks, with DBS checks and safeguarding at the core.
