Shop Manager
Founded in 1891, Royal Trinity Hospice is the oldest hospice in the United Kingdom. We provide specialist palliative and end-of-life care for around 2,500 people annually, helping them make the most of every moment. Our shops play a vital role in our mission, striving to become London's leader in sustainable fashion and saving over 300 tonnes of goods from landfill each year.
We are seeking a Shop Manager to join our Putney shop on a permanent, full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused individual with retail experience to contribute to a greener planet and support compassionate care through a well-established shop.
As a Shop Manager, you will oversee the smooth operation of our Putney charity shop. You will lead and motivate the team to meet sales targets while providing excellent service to customers and donors. Your responsibilities include managing stock, merchandising, creating visual displays, and supporting campaigns to raise awareness of our work and mission.
