We’re recruiting for a Charity Shop Manager in Surbiton to lead a thriving retail team and drive income for a much-loved charity. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about sustainability, community engagement, and supporting a meaningful cause.

What you’ll be doing:

• Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the store
• Leading, developing, and inspiring a team of staff and volunteers
• Driving sales and maximising profit to support the charity’s vital services
• Creating a welcoming, inclusive and vibrant shop atmosphere
• Managing stock generation, visual merchandising, and store standards
• Building strong connections within the local community

What we’re looking for:

• Retail management experience (charity retail experience is desirable but not essential)
• A people-focused leader with strong communication and organisational skills
• Proven ability to hit targets and use commercial acumen to drive performance
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
• Passion for the charity sector and making a difference
