What will a day in the life of a Shop Manager involve?

• Lead and inspire a team of staff and volunteers, creating a welcoming environment where everyone can thrive.
• Drive sales, meet targets and identify new opportunities to maximise income and support the British Red Cross.
• Create an inviting shop floor with eye-catching displays, well-presented stock and an excellent customer experience.
• Manage the day-to-day running of the shop, including stock, cash handling, compliance and operational processes.
• Build strong connections within the local community, championing the British Red Cross and the difference we make every day.

• Experience leading a retail team, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop others to achieve their best.
